Little Beck Cottage is an opulent, boutique, holiday cottage sleeping up to 6 people. It is nestled within an ancient woodland and only 5 minutes walk from the stunning shorelines of Sandsend and a short beach stroll to the tranquil village of Whitby. It suits every season.
Built of mellow stone and designed to echo the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes, the property sits proudly in a row of 4 traditional cottages, each one unique.

Little Beck Cottage has 3 bedrooms that are equipped with luxury bed linen and all have their own ensuite providing your own personal space
Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor
The ground floor features the first bedroom, with a sumptuous double velvet sleigh bed with luxury bed linens and towels, Smart TV, fitted wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom with views overlooking the woodland garden.
Bedroom 2 - First Floor
A twin room featuring two single beds with luxury bed linen, a modern glass chandelier providing a focal point of this well accommodated room, private ensuite shower with an abundance of fluffy white towels, fitted wardrobe and Smart TV. Views of surrounding woodland in both directions.
Bedroom 3 - First Floor
The stylish Master bedroom features an exquisite rattan super king sized bed, contemporary chandelier complimented with a colour pallet of soft greys and cool beige hues, luxury bed linens and towels, a Smart TV, private ensuite with large shower enclosure, fitted wardrobes and panoramic views of the grounds. The bed sits directly under large opening sky light so you can star gaze from the comfort of your bed, a perfect way to relax.
All rooms have been designed with quality and comfort in every detail from the soft carpeting to the colour scheme with ample storage space to create a truly luxurious oasis.

At Little Beck Cottage you can enjoy a holiday by the sea in luxurious style and comfort. It is the perfect house for a family getaway or holiday with friends and is just a leisurely stroll away from Sandsend Beach.
Little Beck Cottage boasts a 60-meter, southing facing woodland patio terrace, featuring a dining table for 6 guests, lounging area, awnings with heaters, lighting, a firepit and BBQ. Enjoy views of the surrounding woodland and landscaped gardens and with plenty of comfy seating, you can relax outside and unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine or the famous local Whitby Gin or soak up the sun on warm Summer days.
From the lawned area, leading down to Newholme Beck, you will find an abundance of wildlife including all manner of songbirds, fresh-water ducks, squirrels, owls and deer. Relax and unwind with the sound of the two streams that trickle past the cottage providing a haven for the local wildlife
The garden is dog friendly and has a fence surrounding for their safety.
We provide a selection of outdoor and beach equipment for those little peeps including spades, buckets, kite, beach trolley, beach chairs. windbreaker, beach games, football, wetsuits, paddle board and body boards.
